Meet the Owner/Chef
Dwight Bernard Witherspoon Jr, One of the sons of the Legendary Spoon's Grill Restaurant. My Dad inspired me at a young age to follow in his footsteps of becoming a chef and restaurant owner. A daring mother that would always recreate and add a twist to traditional desserts, has opened my mind to experimenting and breaking all the misconceptions about food. With the two combine I've created Just Spoon's. After living up north for the past 17 years, I decided to bring back to my hometown the same New York vibe that has influence our style, mood and flavors.
